Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Private Duty Nurse to provide personalized care to a patient in their homes. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will work closely with one patient and his family to ensure their medical needs are met and that they receive the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities:
- Administer medications
- Monitor patient vital signs and assess changes in health status
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plan
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality

Qualifications:
- Valid nursing license in TN
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a home healthcare setting
- BLS required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to lift and transfer patient safely
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
